Can I return a product?
Of course! You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the moment you receive the parcel at your delivery address.
I want to return a product. Are there any requirements?
The items you wish to return must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, unopened and sealed.
- We recommend sending the items well protected with external packaging, just as you received them, to avoid any damage during transport.
- If you return an item in unsuitable condition, we may be obliged to send it back to you.
- It is important to follow the return procedure, which starts by submitting a return request through the “My Account” section.
- Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure they are properly packed and cannot be damaged in transit. We will not accept responsibility for returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging.
How do I request a return?
Go to the “Order History” section of your account and open the details of the order you wish to return. You may choose to return the full order or only selected items. Tick the items to return, enter your reason in the dedicated field, and click on “Request Return”.
You will receive a confirmation email once our team approves the return. At that point, you will be able to download the return form, which you must print and enclose in the parcel with the items.
Once approved, you have three options to return the item(s) to us:
- Using your own courier: If you usually use a delivery company, you may return the parcel to the address specified on the return form. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery and we are not responsible for collections from locations other than the one stated on the return form.
- Collection by our courier (mainland Spain only): If you would like us to arrange collection from an address of your choice, please contact us. We will request a pick-up from our courier at your selected location. This service costs €8.95. In case of failed collection due to absence, the fee will apply again for each additional attempt.
- Drop-off at our courier’s office (mainland Spain only): You can drop the parcel off at one of our courier’s offices. Contact us beforehand so we can provide you with a reference number for delivery. This service is free for mainland Spain orders over €50.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days. Any refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used when placing the order.
