We apply transportation fee to the products shipped, depending on the amount, regardless of the number of items. In the case of  peninsular shipments, the delivery period of 24 to 48working hours  from when we receive the payment.  

Fees for shipments from the Iberian Peninsula (VAT included): UNLIMITED PRODUCT NUMBER 
FROM € 100 (purchase) SHIPPING IS FREE. Remember that if you add more items to your basket, lower shipping cost in proportion to the purchase. So take advantage of shipping by adding those other products you need.
Peninsular shipments will be made with URGENT service via parcel company. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra will be made via the BLUE post package. 
Orders over 40 kilos may take a little longer.  

-In the description of each product you will find the type of guarantee that the appliance covers. 
-The product that does not have any guarantee defined in the description, will enjoy all the rights that the current legislation grants it by Law 23/2003 on  Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods . These guarantees are valid in all member countries of the European Union.

These guarantees do not cover or pay for damages or defects derived from modifications, manipulations or adjustments that may be made to the product. This warranty will not apply if the serial number of the product has been altered, erased, disappeared or is illegible. This guarantee will not be applicable in the case of absence or loss of the guarantee. 
These guarantees do not prejudice the legal rights of the consumer granted by the applicable national legislation, nor the rights of the consumer vis-à-vis the distributor that derive from the contract of sale established between them.  
In products cataloged as Outlet, the guarantee conditions will be the same as in a normal product, specified in the description.

Shipping costs
Shipments will be made through the transport companies contracted by Pleno Apogeo, SL, and may be modified if required. The shipping and packaging costs will be those indicated on the web.

The Big Bang Hobbies sales area covers the WHOLE SPANISH TERRITORY. 

Big Bang Hobbies will accept product returns within the first 14 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, regulating the organization of Commerce.

Returns will only be accepted previously authorized by Big Bang Hobbies and in writing. To request this authorization, the client will previously contact Big Bang Hobbies and once authorized, the shipping address of the merchandise and the conditions for the return to be accepted will be indicated. 

The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. 

Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 7 days of acceptance of the return. If it is not received within this period, the return will be rejected. 
Returns will be handled at the address that communicates to you, since has different logistics centers.
Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded. 
Big Bang Hobbies reserves the right to pay a lower amount in case the material does not arrive in perfect condition or with all its accessories or office accessories. 

Returns of products that are not returned in their original packaging, without any sign of use, will not be accepted.

Refund of the purchase amount: 
If you have paid for an order by Credit Card on our website, the refund will be effective in your account in 4 business days (if you have an immediate debit card) or in 30 business days (if you have a deferred debit credit card). If you have paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the return will be effective within 48-72 hours of working days. 

Products damaged by transport: 
In order to process a claim for damage during transport, you must notify the transport agency within a maximum period of 24 hours on the contact telephone number, or if the external packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, indicate it on the delivery note that is signed upon receipt of the order. 
Once the claim is made, takes care of the collection of the defective product and once received, we proceed to send a product in perfect condition at no cost to the customer. 

Defective product: is responsible for all expenses arising from the delivery to the customer of a defective product, provided that the customer makes the claim within 7 days from the invoice date. After this period, the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product comes into force. The conditions and coverage of the guarantee vary in each case.
The client will be instructed to leave the product ready for collection, packing it so that it arrives in perfect condition and free of labels and adhesive tapes and with the address we provide indicated on the outside of the packaging. will order a carrier to pick up the product and once the product is received, the new one will be shipped.

The costs of returns due to confusion of the client or withdrawal will be borne by the buyer.
