SkyRC B6neo+ Charger: More Power and Regenerative Charging in Your Pocket

The SkyRC B6neo+ (Plus) is not just a cosmetic update; it is a completely new beast in the same compact body. If the original B6neo revolutionized the market, the Plus version pushes it to the limit, squeezing out every drop of performance thanks to PD 3.1 technology.

Designed for pilots who demand speed, this charger dramatically increases charging power in both Direct Current (DC) and USB-C (PD) modes, and introduces the capability to harness return energy.

🆚 KEY Difference from the standard version:
The B6neo+ packs MUCH more charging power (240W vs 200W) and supports PD 3.1 (126W).
Important Note: This "+" model focuses exclusively on battery management and does NOT include the adjustable "Digital Power Supply" function found in the standard model.
🔌 Key Concept: DC Input or PD Input?
This charger has two rear ports for power input, and each has a different power limit:
  • DC Input (XT60 Port): This is the "classic" connection. Requires an external power supply (10-30V). It is the only way to unlock the Maximum Power of 240W.
  • PD Input (USB-C Port): This is the "modern" connection. You use your phone or laptop charger. Ideal for traveling light, but power is limited to 126W (and only if your adapter is PD 3.1).

🚀 New Features in the PLUS (+) Version

  • Increased DC Power (240W): Connected to an external XT60 source, it now reaches 240W of charging power (compared to 200W on the standard model).
  • PD 3.1 Input (126W): Take advantage of modern next-gen USB-C chargers. You can now charge your LiPos at 126W using just a compatible USB-C cable (vs 80W on the previous one).
  • 12S Lead Acid (Pb) Support: The voltage range for Lead-Acid batteries has been expanded, now supporting up to 12 cells (24V), ideal for industrial applications or large batteries.
  • Improved Balance Port: Balancing current of 600mA (vs 500mA) to balance your cells faster and with greater precision.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Can I use the B6neo+ as a power supply for my tools?
No. Unlike the standard B6neo model, the Plus (+) version has removed the "Digital Power" function to optimize the hardware for higher battery charging power.

2. What do I need to charge at 126W via USB-C?
You need a power adapter and a USB-C cable that comply with the PD 3.1 standard (capable of delivering 28V). If you use a standard PD 3.0 charger, the power will be lower.

3. Which model discharges faster, the Normal or the Plus?
It depends. The B6neo+ has lower internal discharge (16W) compared to the normal one (24W). However, the Plus allows Regenerative Discharge via the PD port (sending energy back to the source), which is much faster if you have the right equipment.

4. Is the power cable included?
No. The package includes only the charger and the manual. You must use your own charge cables (XT60) and your own power supply (DC or USB-C).

5. Can I charge car batteries (Lead-Acid/Pb)?
Yes, and better than before. The B6neo+ now supports Lead-Acid batteries up to 12S (24V systems), whereas the previous model only reached 6S.
