Ultimate Compak 4 PRO Steel 4 Shoe Flywheel

The Ultimate Compack 4 PRO steel flywheel is the original replacement part for Ultimate Racing's adjustable 4-shoe Compack 4 PRO clutch for 1/8 off-road nitro cars. Being made of steel, it adds 13 g of rotating mass compared to the aluminium version, and you can feel that extra inertia on track: smoother, more progressive acceleration, ideal for bumpy, broken or low-grip tracks; easier cornering, carrying speed more naturally; and a more stable, consistent idle.

Beyond the extra weight, steel is harder and more wear-resistant than aluminium, so the flywheel keeps its dimensions and fit for longer. The three hardness positions of the Compack adjustment system (I, II and III) are laser-engraved on it: lock the flywheel, turn the adjuster and you change the clutch hardness with the engine installed and the car ready to run. With a 33 mm diameter it fits most engines on the market, and it is designed for a precise fit with Ultimate clutch bells.
