Key Features:

• Crankcase: In this evolution, work has been done on the crankcase to improve the internal fuel flow, achieving extra power and efficiency. It also includes the "36" logo and the laser-engraved unit number.
• Filter: Just like the Ultimate MXR engines, the R36 includes a complete Ultimate Airmax air filter.
• Cooling Head: The Ultimate R36 is equipped with the acclaimed Ultimate Racing 8-fin cooling head with a custom design. It features a very low center of gravity and has been designed to direct most of the airflow directly towards the glow plug, achieving a more stable tune.
• Carburetor: The OS 21J3 carburetor has been modified to achieve more stable operation and more precise tuning. This is achieved thanks to the cooled needle holder built into the high-speed needle, which helps reduce temperature and provides greater stability and better fuel consumption in long heats.
• Venturi: The R36 v2 incorporates 6 and 6.5mm Ultimate FlowMax venturis. With an innovative design that is longer than standard O.S. venturis and wider at the base. The new geometry improves fluid dynamics, providing extra power and a notable improvement in engine runtime.
• Backplate: Manufactured in Swiss 7075-T6 aluminum, the Ultimate R36 backplate features a custom Robert Batlle design.
• Sleeve and Piston: Starting from the solid base of the MXR, the engine group has been reworked for the Ultimate R36, designing a new set where the transfers have been modified to vary intake and exhaust timing to achieve more power without compromising consumption.
• Bearings: The Ultimate R36 uses an original O.S Engines ceramic rear bearing and an Ultimate Racing front bearing with steel balls and double seals.
