The FMS Ranger 1220 mm RTF with Reflex V3 is a high-wing electric RC aircraft designed for stable flying and confident progression in radio control aviation. Its trainer-style configuration, generous wing area and lightweight yet durable EPO foam construction provide predictable handling, even at low speeds. It is an ideal choice for both new pilots and hobbyists looking for a versatile, easy-to-transport and quick-to-prepare RC aircraft.

The Ranger features a 3136 1200 kV brushless motor, 20 A Predator ESC and a 10 x 5 two-blade propeller, providing enough power for agile climbs. Its metal tricycle landing gear is suitable for operation on different surfaces and features spring-cushioned nose gear. Its STOL capabilities allow for short take-offs and landings, while the two-piece fuselage and wing make transport, storage and maintenance easier. Assembly is completed with screws and twist-lock fasteners in approximately 3 to 10 minutes.

Reflex V3 is the factory-installed flight control and stabilisation system. It provides electronic assistance to smooth the aircraft's reactions and offers three selectable modes: Stabilised, which helps return the aircraft to level flight when the controls are released; Optimised, with a more moderate level of assistance; and Manual, without stabilisation. It is particularly useful for learning, although it does not replace pre-flight checks or responsible piloting.

Difference Between RTF and PNP Versions

The PNP (Plug and Play) version includes the motor, ESC and servos installed, but requires a compatible transmitter, receiver, battery and charger to be purchased separately.
